چکیده

In this study, it was aimed to determine the total antioxidant capacity and phenolic flavonoid amounts of Lavandula officinalis (lavender), which is an aromatic plant, callus extracts. Combinations Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA), Benzylaminopurine (BAP), Kinetin (KIN) 2,4-Dichlorophenoxy (2,4-D) plant growth regulators at different concentrations were used in medium. The specified analyzes carried out for extracts obtained from plants grown media. extracted with water ethanol solvents. Total amount accomplished using Folin-Ciocalteu method. spectrophotometric AlCl3 method analysis lavender measured considering radical cation capture ability 2,2′-azino-bis -3- ethylbenzthiazoline -6- sulphonicacid (ABTS). highest (9.24 ± 0.14 mmol TEAC/g dry weight) medium containing 0.5 mg/L BAP + 2,4-D combination; substance (35.74± 0.48 mg GAE/g combination NAA; (32.42 0.46 QE/g 1 2,4-D. results are compared effects ingredients specified.
